United States: Route Proposals May Ease an Oil Pipeline Bottleneck

New York Times: With the timing, and perhaps the future, of the Keystone XL pipeline project from Canada's oil sands to the Gulf Coast now uncertain, two alternatives to the hotly contested project have begun emerging. Seaway Crude Pipeline's pump station in Freeport, Tex. Enbridge, of Canada, bought a 50 percent stake in Seaway.
