Court Rules Against Texas Landowners in Pipeline Case

Bloomberg: TransCanada Corp. can use eminent- domain law to seize Texas land to build the Keystone XL pipeline to transport Canadian tar-sands crude to Gulf Coast refineries, an appeals court said Thursday.
