Metro News: In an attempt to sway American lawmakers on the Keystone XL pipeline, Premier Brad Wall will be heading to Washington on Tuesday morning. On the trip, the premier will be meeting with various senators, members of congress, the Canadian ambassador to the United States, Gary Doer and assistant secretary of state Kerri-Ann Jones.
