Dow Jones: The Obama administration's 2014 budget proposal for the Environmental Protection Agency totals $8.2 billion, or about 3.5% below the 2012 enacted level and almost 5% less than provided for under the 2013 continuing resolution. Some Residents Allowed To Return Following Mayflower Oil Spill

Dow Jones: Residents of four homes evacuated following an oil spill in Mayflower, Ark., are being allowed to return as work to clean up the oil progresses, Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) said Monday. Twenty-two homes were evacuated after Exxon's Pegasus pipeline ruptured and leaked thousands of barrels of oil into a neighborhood March 29. Exxon said 5,000 barrels were spilled. Dow Jones: A natural gas field discovered more than 30 years ago deep in Brazil's Amazon rain forest could finally be linked to the outside world, according to plans detailed by federal oil company Petroleo Brasileiro (PBR, PETR4.BR).
