Canadian Press: A United Nations-led assessment of the environment is warning that extreme weather is on the rise around the world, and critics warn federal government cuts are eroding Canada's ability to cope.

Canadian Press: Canada’s environmental record was dealt a double blow on Tuesday, with a scathing federal audit and a European Commission decision to blacklist oilsands products.
