Siberian stalactites point to permafrost thaw

With climate projections currently suggesting the global climate could warm by more than 2°C over the next century, the new results highlight concerns about the potential for permafrost thawing to amplify climate change by releasing carbon dioxide and methane into the atmosphere.......
