News International: Unprecedented monsoon torrential rains in Sindh have caused severe flooding in 16 districts of Sindh. Has this any linkage with the climate change? To find out answer to this, we talked to Dr Qamaruz Zaman Chaudhry, Climate Affairs Adviser, who is also the lead author and architect of Pakistan's first Draft National Climate Change Policy.
