Science: Climate change is taking hold and will bring worrying impacts – but there is still time to limit the damage. That, in a nutshell, is the message delivered by a new report that synthesizes the findings of three massive studies issued by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) over the past year.
