Toronto Star: Federal regulators have ordered the company seeking approval to reverse and increase the flow of a pipeline that runs through the GTA to submit its final arguments in writing, after a last-minute cancellation of public hearings due to security concerns. Enbridge, the Calgary company applying for a green light from the National Energy Board for its plans for Line 9B, was to close out eight days of public hearings in Montreal and Toronto with final replies on Saturday.
