Delaware River Basin Commission renews call for federal funding restoration

WDDE: An interstate agency that oversees water quality for some 15 million people in Delaware and three other river-basin states is renewing its call for the restoration of federal funding that would enable it to plan for climate change, sea-level rise and the next Sandy-like mega-storm.
