Climate change conference aims at how best to adapt

MPR: Minnesota's climate is changing -- so much so that the state is seeing more record-breaking temperatures, higher dew points and more extreme weather events. The changes are affecting everything from how doctors treat allergies to how cities rebuild storm sewers.
