Canada: Oil sands producers must cut emissions: U.S. envoy

Reuters: Oil sands producers must do more to cut greenhouse gas emissions, the U.S. ambassador to Canada said on Monday, as the two countries move to harmonize rules on carbon dioxide cuts.
